PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya, Hamirpur was established in 1983 in the civil sector sponsored by the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh.

The Vidyalaya is having Science and Commerce Stream in + 2 (XI and XII).

The Vidyalaya is a two section school upto class X. The Vidyalaya is also having Balvatika-III.
